What does an oil press do?
The Fude oil press is a device used to extract oil from oil crops. It can press oil crops such as peanuts, olives, soybeans, sunflower seeds, rapeseed, walnuts, perilla, etc. This gives it broad application prospects in agriculture and food processing.
- Oil pressing: The oil press squeezes the oil out of oil crops through physical pressure. This process involves multiple steps such as pretreatment, loading, pressing and slag removal, and finally separates the oil from the oil.
- Improve the quality of oil: During the pressing process, the oil press also removes impurities and solid particles in the oil through filtering and other steps, making the obtained oil purer and higher quality.
- Improve oil yield: Modern oil presses use advanced technology and design, such as directional pressure bearing and multi-stage propulsion, which can significantly improve oil yield. Compared with traditional pressing methods, modern oil presses have a higher oil yield and can make more effective use of oil resources.
- Energy saving and environmental protection: The oil press consumes less energy during operation, and uses a physical pressing method without using any chemicals, so it is more energy-saving and environmentally friendly. This meets the requirements of modern society for green and sustainable development.
- Promote healthy diet: Edible oil extracted by oil presses is fresh and healthy, retaining the natural nutrients in oil crops. This helps people achieve the goal of healthy diet and reduce dependence on additives and preservatives that may be present in commercially available edible oils.
- Working principle of oil press
- Pressing process: The pre-treated oil crops are loaded into the hopper of the oil press, and the pressing screw shaft is driven to rotate through the transmission mechanism. The spiral blades on the screw shaft push the oil crops into the pressing chamber, and the oil is gradually squeezed out under strong squeezing and friction.
- Oil output process: The squeezed oil flows into the oil tank of the oil press, and is output through the oil outlet pipe after filtration. The collected oil can be stored in a special container for subsequent use or sale.
