Working principle of tea seed shelling machine

The tea seeds are fed into the front drum by a pneumatic feeding device (or manual feeding) and enter the feeding hopper. The husks and kernels of the tea seeds are peeled off by the rotation of the pattern plate and the squeezing force between the curved grid. The peeled tea seeds and kernels fall down through the front curved grid at the same time. When passing through the air duct, most of the tea seed shells are blown out of the machine by the wind force of the upper fan. The tea seeds and some of the tea seed fruits that have not been peeled off fall onto the specific gravity screening screen for sorting. The sorted tea seeds and kernels go up from the sorting screen surface and flow out through the kernel outlet. The small tea seeds and fruits that have not been peeled are sorted and dried downwards, and then flow into the lifting device through the return port. They are then sent to the rear drum by the air conveying lifting device for secondary shelling. The peeled kernels and shells fall off through the rear arc-shaped grille and are further selected by the upper fan for air selection and specific gravity sorting. This process is repeated to achieve complete shelling.
