How does the tea seed peeling machine work

- Tea seeds (or tea fruits with tea seeds) are fed into the feeding hopper through an air feeding device and enter the front drum.
- The front drum uses specially designed patterned plates and curved grids (or shed strip concave plates) to separate the tea seed shells from the kernels through squeezing force.
- The peeled tea seed kernels and shells fall together through the front arc-shaped grid (or front concave plate hole) and pass through the air duct.
- During this process, the strong wind of the wind turbine blows most of the tea seed shells out of the machine, leaving only the tea seed kernels and some un peeled tea seed fruits.
- Tea seed kernels and small tea seed fruits are sent to a specific gravity sieve for sorting.
- The sorted tea seed kernels rise from the top and flow out through the kernel outlet.
- The tea seeds and small fruits that cannot be peeled off will descend from the bottom of the sorting screen, enter the lifting device, and then enter the rear drum for peeling.
- After being peeled off, the Renhe shell falls down through a curved grid and is then screened again by the wind selection and specific gravity sorting screen of the wind turbine to ensure that each tea seed undergoes the screening process.
