How does the tea seed peeling machine production line work

The large-scale tea seed peeling machine production line is an efficient and automated processing flow used to separate the tea seed shells and kernels in oil tea fruits. The following is the workflow of the production line:

raw material preparation

  • Wind selection and sorting: When passing through the air duct, the strong wind of the wind turbine blows most of the tea seed shells out of the machine, leaving only the tea seed kernels and a part of the un peeled tea seed fruits. Next, these tea seed kernels and small tea seed fruits are sent to a specific gravity sieve for sorting. The sorted tea seed kernels rise from the top and flow out through the kernel outlet.
  • Secondary shelling: Tea seeds and small fruits that cannot be peeled off will descend from the bottom of the sorting screen, enter the lifting device, and then enter the rear drum for shelling again. After peeling off, the Renhe shell falls down again through the rear curved grid and is screened again by the wind selection and specific gravity sorting screen of the wind turbine, ensuring that each tea seed undergoes the screening process.

Collection and storage of finished products

After multiple rounds of shelling and sorting, the final tea seed kernels are collected and can be further processed or stored. Meanwhile, the tea seed shells blown out of the machine can also be recycled and reused.

Automated control

The entire production line adopts an automated control system that can monitor and adjust production parameters in real time, ensuring the stable operation and efficient output of the production line. Meanwhile, automated control systems can also reduce manual intervention, lower production costs, and improve production efficiency.
