Introduction to hydraulic oil press

Reasonable oil yield in the hydraulic oil press chamber: The principle of multi-stage progressive pressure is adopted to increase the pressure in the chamber and separate the oil material through fission. Then, an infrared temperature control system is used to automatically control the pressing temperature and water content, allowing the oil material to directly soften the oil molecules, stabilize the pressing, and squeeze it out in one go, greatly improving the oil yield.

Performance characteristics of oil press

The working principle of hydraulic oil press is based on the transmission and control of hydraulic pressure. Through the hydraulic system, the pressure and flow rate during the oil pressing process are adjusted, thereby achieving efficient and high-quality oil extraction. The working process can be divided into three main steps:
1: Oil supply: The raw oil is transported to the oil pressing chamber through the oil supply system. The oil supply system usually consists of an oil storage tank, a conveying screw, and a supply pump. The oil storage box is used to store oil, and the conveying screw is responsible for transporting the oil from the storage box to the oil pressing chamber. The oil supply pump is responsible for providing the required oil supply pressure
2: Pressing: The hydraulic oil press presses the oil inside the oil chamber through a hydraulic system. The hydraulic system mainly includes hydraulic cylinders, oil cylinders, and pressure control systems. When the oil in the oil pressing chamber reaches a certain pressure, the hydraulic cylinder begins to work, squeezing the oil through the up and down movement of the cylinder to separate the grease in the oil. Throughout the entire pressing process, the hydraulic system adjusts the pressure and flow rate of the hydraulic cylinder as needed to ensure the stability and efficiency of the pressing process.
Oil discharge: The extracted oil is discharged from the oil pressing chamber through the oil discharge system. The oil drainage system mainly consists of oil pipes, oil valves, and oil drums. Under the control of the oil valve, the oil discharge system guides the separated grease from the oil material from the oil pressing chamber to the oil barrel, completing the collection and storage of the grease.
