What is the purpose of an oil press
Oil press is a type of oil processing machinery that extracts vegetable oil by squeezing pre treated oil. The spiral oil press used as a pre press machine is used to pre press the oil material under high pressure, and the pre pressed bad cake is then placed into the oil press machine for further pressing or oil extraction by leaching method. Therefore, the volume change of the crushing chamber at the inlet and outlet ends is significant, and the production capacity is also significant. The oil press can operate continuously, with low labor intensity. The residue cake after oil extraction is thin and small, making it easy for comprehensive utilization.
What is the process of oil pressing
The degreasing rate of materials is above 50%; The material is intact without any broken particles, there is no adhesion between the materials, and the outer skin of the material is easy to peel off. The important factor affecting the defatting effect is moisture, and the secondary factor is time. The optimal conditions for achieving the defatting effect are 4.52% -7.26%. Excessive moisture affects the oil yield, and excessive moisture can easily lead to high Watson crushing rate. Taking the production of crude oil as an example in chemistry: peanut kernels – temperature controlled drying – raw material wrapping – pressure application-defatted peanut kernels.
What is the oil press pressing method
There are two technological methods for extracting edible oil from plants: differentiation oil extraction method and physical oil extraction method, that is, the extraction method (chemical method) and pressing method (physical pressing method: pressing method), which have a long history. Its technological process is relatively simple: after cooking and frying the oil plants, the oil is squeezed out of the oil plants by mechanical method. The old pressing method requires heavy manual labor of operators. The squeezed oil residue (Youbing (Deep-fried round and flat dough-cake)) has a high residual oil content, which wastes extremely valuable oil resources. The modern pressing method has become an industrialized and automated operation, but the problem of high residual oil content in oil residue is still distinguished from the pre-treatment of the pressing raw materials by cold pressing method and hot pressing method, also known as ripe pressing method. Cold pressing is the process of putting raw materials directly into an oil press without being roasted or steamed to extract oil. This method produces oil with a relatively light color and a brighter color, but with a low oil yield and a less strong and mellow flavor.
What is the working principle of an oil press
When the oil press is running, the processed material is carried as a hopper, and the oil enters the pressing chamber from the hopper. The spiral of the squeezed snail is pushed inward for pressing.
