A three cylinder dryer is a type of dryer that shortens the external dimensions of the dryer body by replacing a single cylinder body with three stacked cylinders. When the machine is running, materials and hot air flow sequentially enter the cylinder from the inside out. After the Z-shaped reciprocating flow in the body, fully utilize the heat energy to dry the material before unloading. The overall structure is compact, reasonable, and simple.

The material enters the inner layer of the drum through the feeding device to achieve downstream drying. The material is continuously picked up and dispersed under the inner layer plate in a spiral motion to achieve heat exchange. The material is moved to the other end of the inner layer and enters the middle layer for countercurrent drying. The material is continuously lifted back and forth in a two-step and one-step walking mode in the middle layer. This material fully absorbs the heat emitted by the inner drum, absorbs the heat from the middle drum, prolongs the drying time, and achieves the optimal drying state. The material travels to the other end of the intermediate layer and falls into the outer layer. The material moves in a rectangular multi loop manner within the outer drum.
